Modern, sunny upstairs apartment for 4 people, in the heart of Greetsiel—close to the centre yet in a quiet location.

Here you’ll find everything a holidaymaker could wish for. The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which—with two single beds—is located in the converted attic. A flat-screen TV is provided. The windows here can be blacked out and are equipped with insect screens. The second bedroom, featuring a double bed and a wardrobe, is located on the ground floor. Fly screens and exterior blinds are also provided here.

The modern and tastefully furnished built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with two freezer compartments, Senseo coffee machine, electric kettle, coffee maker, and much more.

The cosy living-dining area invites you to relax on the comfortable sofa in front of the TV or gather around the large dining table for fun board games.

The entire living area features pleasant underfloor heating, and roller blinds and pleated shades on the windows provide privacy.

The modern bathroom features a corner shower, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.

The large balcony is furnished with 4 comfortable garden chairs, a large table, and a parasol. From here, you can enjoy a view of one of Greetsiel’s twin windmills.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

There is a storage shed in front of the house where you can also charge any e-bikes you bring with you.

Shopping (Edeka), a bakery, a swimming pool (Gesundheitsoase), restaurants, the harbour, and the town centre are just a few minutes’ walk away.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodation is rented for stays of five nights or more with no fixed check-out day.

The “Löwenzahn” accommodation is located in the same building directly below this apartment; “Haus Fiete” is right next door, should you need more space.
