Wellness holiday home with a sauna and wood-burning stove.<br><br>Located in Grimersum (about 5 km past Greetsiel), it features 4 bedrooms (one on the ground floor) and 2 bathrooms with showers, accommodating up to 8 people (also ideal for two families, for example). The sauna and wood-burning stove make this a great holiday spot—not just in the summer. The beautiful exposed wood beam ceiling and nautical decor give the house a very special character.<br>On the ground floor is the spacious living/dining area with large doors leading out to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.<br><br>The directly adjacent storage room houses a washing machine, dryer, and clothes rack. The spacious ground-floor bathroom features a shower, toilet, bidet, and sauna; a hair dryer is also provided. <br><br>One bedroom (double bed, 2 m x 1.60 m) is located on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are 3 additional bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 2 each with 2 single beds—each measuring 2 m x 0.90 m); one bedroom has an additional TV, and there is also another shower room.<br><br>Another room can be used as a home office or an additional children’s room. It also contains an iron, an ironing board, a high chair, and a travel cot.<br><br>South-west-facing terrace with furniture.<br><br>A garden shed is available for storing the bicycles you bring with you. <br><br>Two parking spaces are available.<br><br>Free Wi-Fi is available! (We cannot guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed.)<br><br>Please note that bedding booked as an add-on will not be made up.<br><br>During the holidays, only weekly bookings with Saturday as the check-in day are generally possible.<br><br>One pet (dog) is permitted upon request and for a fee.<br><br>For commercial bookings (technicians), a security deposit is required; please contact us regarding this.<br><br>A children’s playground is located nearby.<br><br>The Wiesenblick Fenja, Achterhuus Malia, and Kiek-Wiet houses are also in the immediate vicinity.<br><br>The canal nearby (“Hafen,” 50 m away) connects to Greestiel and Emden; in summer by (paddle)boat, and in winter, sometimes by ice skates!<br>The house is located across from the “Kiek-Wiet” and “Wiesenblick” holiday rentals, also available for rent, in an absolutely quiet residential area (dead-end street). A lovely public playground is just a few steps away, so you can let the children go there on their own.<br>The holiday home is located in charming Grimersum, a quiet village near Greetsiel in East Frisia. Surrounded by green meadows and idyllic waterways, the location offers the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoying nature. Biking and hiking trails wind through the expansive countryside and along the typical East Frisian canals, inviting you to take leisurely excursions. The popular harbour town of Greetsiel, with its twin windmills, small shops, and restaurants, is just a few minutes’ drive away. An ideal location to experience authentic East Frisia and enjoy the proximity to the North Sea.<br><br>You’re welcome to add a laundry package as an optional extra.
