This cozy, non-smoking vacation rental is located on the first floor and features a large, fenced-in garden with two spacious patio areas.

The historic town center of Greetsiel is just a five-minute walk away.

The spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen is equipped with a comfortable dining table, two cozy sofas, a large flat-screen TV, a radio with an USB port, and Wi-Fi. A collection of games invites you to enjoy a social get-together.

The extensive kitchen amenities include a stove with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, Senseo, electric kettle, toaster, blender, high-quality set of pots and pans, and much more.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in rain shower and a full-glass shower door. A hair dryer is also provided. Additionally, there is a separate guest restroom with a sink.

The apartment is fully tiled and features underfloor heating in all rooms, which can be controlled separately for each room.

Two bedrooms with electric exterior blinds are available:

—one with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a closet, and a TV,

—and a second one with two single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m) and a closet.

The apartment also includes a spacious garden shed with space for your bicycles and an electrical outlet for e-bikes. A parking space is available on the property.

The accommodations “Deichbude,” “Fischgräte,” and “Friesenzauber” are located in the same building, should you need more space.

Due to construction work in the immediate vicinity, we unfortunately cannot rule out occasional noise disturbances.

The vacation rental is located in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel, one of the most popular vacation destinations on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Centrally located yet quiet, the historic harbor with its crab fishing boats, the famous twin windmills, and charming cafés, restaurants, and small shops are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding dyke landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the vacation rental is the perfect starting point for maritime adventures and a relaxing vacation.
