This beautiful, sunny upstairs apartment is located in the canal district of Greetsiel, just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre and the harbour.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one of which is located in the spacious attic studio (double bed) and features an additional LCD TV. Below that—on the upper floor—is the living-dining area with a high-quality kitchen, an extendable table and 4 chairs, as well as a leather couch and a flat-screen TV.

The second bedroom has two single beds and a large closet. The modern bathroom with a shower is also located on the ground floor.

In addition, the apartment features a furnished balcony and a large storage room with a washing machine and dryer. The living area and bathroom are equipped with comfortable underfloor heating. A high chair is also provided.

The parking space is located directly in front of the building.

The attic bedroom is equipped with pleated blackout blinds.

The apartment has fly screens on all windows except the Velux window.

A parking space is included with the apartment. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in the storage shed.
