Warft Werkstatt – Modern Living on the Warft

The Warft Werkstatt is an extraordinary holiday home for up to two people in the historic centre of Hamswehrum, right next to the church on the Warft. This newly built cottage combines the charm of a tiny house with the open, airy feel of a loft. Clean lines, stylish, minimalist furnishings, and large windows create a bright, modern atmosphere and blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The open living and dining area invites you to relax, while the loft with its large double bed offers a cosy retreat. Please note that the stairs to the loft are quite steep. The accommodation is therefore not suitable for children or infants. Additionally, there are intentionally no blackout options for the windows.

Heating is provided by the wood-burning stove, which creates a particularly cosy atmosphere. Electricity and hot water are, of course, available.

On the spacious, green property, you’ll find plenty of spots to relax, soak up the sun, and breathe deeply. A parking space is available right next to the house. The Warft Werkstatt is the ideal place for anyone who appreciates modern design, tranquility, and the open spaces of East Frisia—and a perfect starting point for bike tours along the coast and through the idyllic town of Krummhörn.
