Welcome to our holiday rental in Eilsum, a charming village built on a mound in the idyllic Krummhörn region, not far from historic Greetsiel.

Location:
The holiday rental is located on the ground floor of a traditional crenellated house (newly built in 2024) and offers direct access to the garden and a private dock right on the Old Greetsiel Sieltief. The location is perfect for anyone seeking relaxation while still appreciating the proximity to the region’s attractions. Discover the charming villages of Krummhörn, historic Greetsiel, and the impressive natural beauty of the Wadden Sea. Nearby, you’ll find various recreational opportunities, such as bike paths, hiking trails, and waterways, as well as excellent restaurants.

Amenities:
The interior features a tasteful design and high-quality furniture, creating a modern yet cosy atmosphere. The open living area, with its comfortable seating—including a couch with a récamière and an armchair—invites you to relax and offers a magnificent view through the floor-to-ceiling windows of the garden and the surrounding water. A large smart TV and fiber-optic Wi-Fi (we cannot guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed) are available to provide you with entertainment and connectivity. The fully equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The adjacent dining area is the perfect place to enjoy your meals or gather with friends and family. We’ve made sure there’s plenty of good lighting.

Sleeping arrangements:
The holiday rental features two tastefully furnished bedrooms, with comfortable beds and ample storage space for your personal belongings. One room is equipped with a box-spring bed (full-length mattress, 1.80 m) and a TV, while the other features an upholstered bed with pocket-spring mattresses (2 x 0.80 m). Here you can retreat after an eventful day in nature or exploring nearby attractions and enjoy restful nights.

Bathroom:
The bathroom is small but nice. It features a spacious walk-in shower with a glass partition, a beautifully designed vanity, and a toilet. Also available there are a washer-dryer and a hair dryer.

Terrace:
The apartment has two terraces, allowing you to choose between them depending on the sun’s position. Garden furniture, a grill, and even a beach chair are available. Direct access to the water via the dock allows you to explore the picturesque waterways of Krummhörn. Take the opportunity to go on a canoe trip, go fishing, or simply enjoy nature.

Additional Information:
Wood-look floor tiles are installed throughout the apartment, with vintage-style tiles in the bathroom, and underfloor heating is available. Heating is provided in an eco-friendly manner via a heat pump. The bedrooms have roller shutters; some windows have pleated blinds for privacy; and almost all windows and doors are equipped with fly screens. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. The apartment includes a parking space and a garden shed for storing bicycles (charging station for e-bikes available).

The accommodation “Kleine Auszeit 23,” “Sieltied,” and “TiefBlick” are located in the same building; the houses “Wind in den Bäumen” and “Lieblingsplatz am Siel” are right next door.

Note: Pets are not allowed. The apartment is not wheelchair accessible, but it is senior-friendly (wide doors to the bathroom and bedroom, walk-in shower, and largely level access to the house and garden). Access to the water is not secured, so special caution is required here with small children!
The apartment is located in a new development area with a construction road, so unfortunately we cannot rule out occasional noise and dust disturbances.
