"People are very kind and really try to give there best, but it sometime fall short. For examples, at the restaurant, the dishes are not that cleaned, or even though the people have good intentions, you do wait a lot for things to happen. The other thing was the towels; i know they were cleaned, but you can see that deep, they still have stains. It just leave you with a 'ah' feeling!"

"Great staff. "

"The hotel was average by local standards. WiFi didn’t work in the rooms and the hallways are dark as they are controlled by motion sensors. Buffet breakfast was decent and they did accommodate our request for a different room type that didn’t show up on the website for just the difference in cost. "Very nice and professional staff. Responded to all requests and inquiries quickly and effectively. Good restaurant on site with continental breakfast buffet. Very conveniently located in center of government and financial district. I’d definitely stay again."

"All staff in the hotel is very helpful. The hotel facilities are also perfect. There are good restaurant and Shops near by. Breakfast is also nice one. It was very safe and comfortable stay."

"Room was so clean and staffs are so kind"

"I stayed for 10 days at the K. It is not a luxury accommodation, but totally fine. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood is quiet and there is a small shop nearby. I was able to order food from a small restaurant opposite the shop - delivered to my room. One of the staff took me to a gym and picked me up later, which was really nice. I stayed in the very hot season and the air conditioning can barely keep up with the heat - this is a problem I also had in other hotels in the...
