"The room smelled of cigarette smoke. When asked to change room, the reception was most reluctant. After that the staff become rude to us. The pillows were moldy and the whole place was dark and gloomy. We felt unsafe and check out to other hotel without staying though we already paid for the 2 rooms."

"I booked a room for three people. It featured one king bed and one single bed with a balcony. Regarding the room, I would say that it suits the price point.
