Everything, too new brilliant and offered an upgrade as there was availability when I arrived. The pool area and the restraint there both brilliant, and my highlight was dinner/drinks on the rooftop bar with the view of the Petronas towers in the evening, went both nights was incredible

Nice room. Lots of space. Good ac. Good location. Rooftop pool was tiny but the 6th floor pool was nice kinda disappointed it didn’t have a jacuzzi. Washer/dryer took forever. Almost 3 hrs to dry 1 load of clothes. Luckily we starting washing 2 days before departure. Overall great value. 4.5 stars. I’d stay here again

Amazing Views

The Ascott Star is the perfect place to stay when visiting Kuala Lumpur. Check-in was very easy and the staff extremely friendly. The lady that checked me in was so kind to change my room so I would have some views of the Twin Towers from our room. This 2 bedroom 2 baths was very spacious. The room was clean and I was in love with the shower. The rooftop was stunning!! The other level with the pool was amazing too.

Great location for views and walk to KLCC. The infinity pool with views was a little under maintained and both pools didnt provide towels. My room, although appeared clean, did have roaches wondering around. Overall the hotel was good though.

Hotel is great. The location is right next to the Petronas towers. Rooms are really big and comfy. The pools and the gyms are great. The only suggestion would be to add more loungers near the pool

This hotel is out of ordinary in every aspect. At the heart of city centre and five minutes walk to iconic twin towers. Hotel is super clean and very comfortable. Staff are very courteous. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
