Carpet in room stained. Carpet outside tarpon and hallway to elevators appear dirty. Tv remote partially broken - instructions to operate tv inadequate. Good value for the price. The hotel is strategically located near the Chow Kit Monorail station, with many local shops and eateries in the vicinity. Our room had an excellent, view of the Petronas Towers. The room was not that clean but was spacious with comfortable beds. The staff at the front desk was accommodating and helpful. The North and South towers are two separate buildings with different facilities. We were bit frustrated going to the wrong building because of confusion. The buffet style breakfast had a great variety of local and western cuisines. Please note: Be careful when booking- south or north because the South tower has the rooftop pool, while the North has a gym.
