Near very big mall and restaurants, however, the ceiling paint/cracks, wall sheet very poor conditions, shower got mold on one of the walls, yellow stains on pillow upon arrival. Although, they sent someone to change pillows immediately. But expect usual traffic on main road if you take grabs often.

Location: right in Bukit Bintang, opposite Pavillion, few steps from Lot 10. Connected to KLCC by a walkway, though took a good 10-15 mins to walk. Room: nice room and awesome bathroom. Love that bathtub and shower were enclosed and won’t wet the bathroom floor. The only criticism is flimsy thin useless pillows. Four of them equal the thickness of one pillow at Penang Marriot! That is a big let down. Gym: very nice and clean, good air conditioning. Amenities: comfortable bathrob and slippers. Nice shampoo etc. Extra point: awesome to find a Bible! Able to do our nightly reading on a hard cope instead of online.

A beautiful hotel and well positioned. The hotel was at capacity so check-in was long and rooms were not ready either prior to check-in but 1 hour after. My superior room had a "faux" window and no possibilty to upgrade as the hotel was full. The cleaning staff were excellent and so meticulous. The team were so friendly. The food variety and quality in Shook was okay, not the best I have experienced for breakfast, we did not have lunch there as it was a fixed menu. The Dim Sum place was excellent. Having been at JW Marriott KL over 20 years ago, I believe it has lost its shine. The pool was only okay and small things like replacement of a cloth laundry bag for one use plastic is not good for the enviornment. TV Stations for the family was reduced from previously,

Great stay with a few tweaks Excellent location and very clean rooms. Staff were helpful, supportive, and respectful throughout. Breakfast had good variety and the team serving was kind, but the dining area felt a bit like a dungeon – adding some greenery and flowers would make the presentation much more appealing. The pool area is nice, but more tall trees for privacy would help since you can see into a nearby building. Also, the corridor AC was extremely cold – 17°C coming in from 33°C outside was a bit much; 20°C would be more comfortable. Overall, a very nice stay.

First time checking in to JW KL and I’m satisfied with the stay except there isn’t any long handled shoehorn. Overall stay is good with good bed to rest and the noise is not too disturbing as it’s facing the road. Home attendant are friendly and very responsible in their work to ensure the room is cleaned. No regrets in staying here for 3 nights and I like the gym. It’s spacious. There’s a good variety spread for breakfast too.
