Here are 2 things to consider before renting:
1. The building is new, hence there are some renovations ongoing from time to time. Hence during normal work days, there may be some noises.
2. Our base price is for 2 persons, which only 1 room will be provided. If you require a stay for bigger groups, kindly specify prior to booking so that we can open up the additional room for your group's comfortable stay.

You will be provided with 1 set of keys and 1 access card. The access card is used to access your floor and the facilities in the building.

We will try to be there for your check-in. In many instances we may not be able to be present in person. However, we will give you prior notice with instructions on how to check-in. Don't worry, we've never left any of our guests stranded :).

This is usually how we interact with guests:
1. Email - before arrival
2. Mobile text message/social media messaging - before and on arrival
3. In-Person (for any issues that requires us to be there)
4. Phone - for any urgent issues

Other things to note
We do not provide house keeping everyday like hotels but our cleaners are available on demand to attend to the unit cleaning if required and we can schedule one for you on the next availability.

Our base price is for 2 persons, which only 1 room will be provided if booking is for 2 person or less. If you require a stay for more than that, kindly specify during booking so that we can open up the additional room for your group's comfortable stay, for a small additional fee.

We also provide Airport pickup as an optional service to help ensure that you have a comfortable journey throughout. Customizable tours and chauffeur service is available, whether its for a foodie hunt, shopping hopping or typical tourist hotspot visits, we can cater for your requirement.
