Hotel looks rather new and room is clean. They also provide small packet prawn crackers and 4 cans of soft drink in the room. Hotel location is quite convenient about 13 minutes walk to Hang Tuah station and Pudu station. There is a link bridge 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel that links to Lalaport Bukit Bintang, a big shopping mall. There are some eateries near to the hotel.

Walking distance to 2 large shopping centres. We chose a decent sized room on a high floor which was pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had variety but hot food was usually only warm and not very tasty. Pool on top floor was good but gym is just ok and treadmills need servicing. Our biggest regret was not understanding the area around the hotel is very run down and also how bad Kuala Lumpur is for pedestrians (not the hotels fault).

Nice modern hotel. The room is clean, bright and spacious. Lots of nice eateries around the hotel too. Just one comment about the check in, I find it relatively slow, not much staff in the front desk area.

There were shops close to the hotel, across a busy 3 lanes of traffic, there is a crosswalk but the cars dont slow down or stop for you. The pool was small and warm. The staff are freindly and helpful, not a large selection at breakfast. In our room the fridge didnt work, the carpets are stained and and in need of a deep clean even in the hallway outside. Your room card is used both for the door and power in the room we had to ask for a second card as the power is on a timer and turned off when you leave. Fire alarm went off twice both times a false alarm. The lifts are slow and your card is needed to operate the lift. You could hear people moving about opening and closing doors all hours of the night.
