Max's Cozy Home is strategically located in the real heart of Kuala Lumpur's golden triangle, 5 mins walk to Petronas Twin Tower and Suria KLCC, 10 mins walk to Pavillion Mall and Bukit Bintang. It is perfect for business professionals, solo traveler, couples and family with kids.

Night clubs, restaurants, bar, shopping malls and most of the attractions are all within walking distance or alternatively, you can take Grab car (same as Uber) to experience and explore the beauty of Kuala Lumpur.

#The Space
Max's Cozy Home is furnished with king sized bed and a nice double sofa bed that can fit two persons, a big TV and unlimited free WiFi within the premise. It is just prefect for couples or small family.

Max's Cozy Home has all basic amenities such as microwave, fridge, induction cooker for light cooking, iron and board, hair dryer, bath towel, shampoo and body wash.

Guests have access to apartment amenities, including nice pool and gym at level 33A, which you could spend your evening with your friends and family.

There is also a 24/7 coin operated laundry (with a minimal fee) and convenience shop inside the building, which are located at level UG.

# Transportation
Most of the attractions are within the city center is accessible by walking, bus, Grab car, taxi, LRT and Monorail. There is a Free GoKL circles buses located in the next street of Jalan P Ramlee will bring you on a city tour. Details please refer to GoKL Bus website to check on their bus route.

From Airport (KLIA/KLIA2) to Max's Home Studio

i) Grab - RM 65 per way per car excluded toll charges, (highly recommended because time and cost effective)

ii) Taxi - (RM 90-130) depends on traffic condition.

iii) Public transport - KLIA express (RM 55) / buses (around RM 12) to KL Sentral, then

(a) take LRT (RM 2 - 5) to KLCC Station and walk 10 mins to arrive at Max's Home Studio;

(b) short walk to KL Sentral Monorail Station (RM 2 - 5) then transit to Raja Chulan Station or Bukit Nanas Station and walk to arrive.

#Other things to note
I am not staying in this apartment; however, if you need my help, feel free to contact me and I will try my best to assist you as I will be working nearby KLCC.

*Please switch off all electrical appliances (Air-conditioning, lights, water heater, etc) when not in use to conserve energy.
*Please do not smoke in this building as this is a non-smoking serviced apartment, otherwise heavy fine will be imposed.

Max's Cozy Home is very close to public transportation (Bukit Nanas and Raja Chulan monorail station and KLCC LRT station). You can reach these station with a short distance walk.

Please let me know if you need a parking space. There is an off premise paid parking site just beside the apartment.
