Convinent location, spacious apartment, good facilities, the washing /drying machine was a plus, shane no drying racks otherwise would make it perfect. Liked the afternoon lounge area with light snacks with tea and coffee on offer. Breakfast was also very good.

Thank you to the staff at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur for a warm and comfortable stay. Our Premier One-Bedroom Suite was spacious, modern, and well-equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, Nespresso machine, and BOH tea. The bed was comfortable, and the filtered water tap was very convenient, though the water storage bottles might not be for everyone. There was also a plug adapter provided in the room. There is no bathtub, but the shower room is spacious, clean, and has good water pressure. The Jo Loves amenities had a pleasant fragrance. The lobby is compact and well-maintained. Being connected to PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur allows guests to enjoy a larger lobby and access its restaurants. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable with a surprisingly good variety, including delicious Malaysian hot dishes, salads, Labneh Dip?, and made-to-order omelettes. The location is very convenient, close to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Bukit Bintang Station, and Lot 10. The hotel entrance has a lot of traffic, so a little caution is needed. Overall, it is a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a long-stay, home-like experience. I would love to stay at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites in other countries as well.
