My kids loved the pool area and kids play area. It’s a great family friendly hotel in a great location close to KLCC and twin towers. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was extensive with lots of options.

From check in onwards staff very friendly and helpful directions re restaurants and places of interest . Had 2 beautiful rooms overlooking the pool. The pool had also a great separate childrens area not attached to the main pool. Also good poolside restaurant plenty of choices re food.would stay here again if in Kuala Lumpur.

We had a fantastic time here with our family 8 years ago, so we decided to return. The latest refurbishment has exceeded our expectations! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and the staff's friendliness and helpfulness really stood out. The breakfast has a wide range of delicious food options too! In fact, we liked it so much that we've cancelled our other hotel booking for when we come back to KL after our stopover to Langkawi and booking the Renaissance instead! 🙂

Celebrated my birthday here and we were greeted with a lovely complimentary deco by the hotel. Kids friendly property. My son loves it so much. Love that we have this in the middle of the city. Walkable to monorail station. Satisfied breakfast selection. Spacious room and bathroom including bath tub and bidet. Downside is room facing kl tower will have problem sleeping due to the very loud noise at night because of the rempits.

The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are spacious and clean. However, slippers are not provided. On the bright side, the pool is excellent, complete with fun slides. The hotel's location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the Twin Towers in KLCC. Plus, there's a Starbucks within a one-minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Best experience in KL! Wish their rooms had a washing machine. Washing your clothes at the hotel is extremely expensive! Keep that in mind otherwise the amenities and housekeeping was unmatched 👌

First time being here, it was to try out their water park for kids. Needless to say, we enjoyed playing with my kids at the pool. Second time coming here to celebrate birthday of our kids since they love to play at park again, and the location nearby KLCC. Request for a surprise during booking and they did not let us down. A beautiful decoration and cake were made to our room during check in from the Loyalty team (Diah, Lina, Saras, Aisyah, Ifah, and Amalin. Thank you also to the front desk officer, Amelia for smooth check out and final surprise.

Kids happy with the waterpark, parent happy with the refurbished room. Shower area a bit cramp. Unable to enjoy much the breakfast as were bumped to exec lounge due to overcrowd. But it is ok for us. Staffs were super attentive and friendly. Didnt get their names but all of them are great in their job and services. Feel safe at waterpark area as there are alot of staff watching over the area to ensure kids playing nicely. It was raining drizzly and unable to enjoy their playground.

The hotel did many things right, they made a special effort for our 3 year old, gave us a free upgrade on check-in, and generally made an effort to provide good service. The room and pool were also very clean. The buffer breakfast had a good selection of quality food. Unfortunately, the quality of service wasn’t consistent across all staff. They was a bit of a language barrier with the staff at reception which was probably what led to our late checkout not being processed, and resulted in me standing at the busy reception in my wet swimmers trying to get access to our room again. The room facing the main road is also extremely noisy at night and I am not usually sensitive to a bit of noise, so we had to be moved to another room facing the pool. Lastly, there doesn’t seem to be any consistency when the member discount is applied so I had to constant ask for it.

Best Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

Room is very spacious, staff are very welcoming and attentive, loving the birthday deco and the helium balloons provided, the hand written wishes on the glass table was so sweet & thoughtful. Water pressure on hand bidet and sink faucet was really strong but shower head water pressure is not strong, please fix it. Room is clean, but smells a little musty could be from damp carpet or something. Aircond was working fine but the temperature control was locked and we couldnt adjust the temperature to our preferred setting. Might have to call room service to adjust aircond temp. Hairdryer, room slippers are provided. They provide 4 huge water bottles. Nothing much on their minibar, it was just alright but klcc and eatery places are walkable from hotel around 10-15min walks so you could save yourself from heavy traffic. Pools are big and fun. Not much variety on breakfast spread but it was okay. Food quality are just okay, I hope they can improve. Room dining are quite pricey to be honest, it is actually really pricey. But you can always walk to klcc for food. Not really far but might sweat a bit cause of the heat. Their welcoming staff & services are really great! Will always come again. Since facing the other way, you may not get klcc view but it is still nice. Gonna be my fav hotel. I dont know about the housekeeper stealing things as I only stay for a night but be careful with your belongings if staying more than one night. But apart from that, I love everything they provide.
