Simple, comfy, well located holiday apartments

A comfortable 3-star level property in a great location in KL. Simply furnished rooms but a great choice at this price point. Our friends room was of similar quality but there is some variation between rooms. Our TV was internet only, theirs picked-up TV stations. Pool area and gym were pleasant additions. Close to major eat street, Jalan Alor, and walking distance to several shopping centres.

Having stayed there 5 years ago marked drop in standards. Had to change room due to leaking aircon. No toaster supplied all rooms why? Lifts very slow but our second room on 33rd floor great views and much better standard. Great location and desk staff excellent. Would stay there again.

We were very happy with our stay, great communication from the team from before our arrival, security to get in and out if the complex, comfortable apartment and great shower. We loved the pool area to relax after walking around and seeing the sights. It was our first time staying here and we would definitely recommend it and stay again.

Conveniently located,

Nice hotel location. 8 min walk from Hang Tuah Monorail station which connects to KL Sentral and then KLIA Express to KLIA. 3 min walk from Jalan Alor, famous food street. Hotel condition is good, very homely feeling. Big, spacious and clean.

Great location in KL and very close to transport options. Jalan Alor is only a short walk away and great for yummy eats. Two bedroom/ two bathroom apartment was perfect for our family, and small shop in the downstairs foyer has options for purchasing extras like water, toilet paper, quick eats etc. Pool and gym area are beautiful (just register with the guard there, before using). Would stay again, for sure.

Great location but dated apartment

The location is perfect as it is within walking distance to malls and food. However the unit is rather dated, as the flooring is cracking, and the wardrobe seems like going to fall apart. Not suitable if staying more than 2 nights… get a hotel.

good place, good view,

the place and view was ok. just when they asked for a deposit. if you use cash take in mind to get it back early if you plan to log out at midnight or early am times as they can only bank transfer and that has a lot of fuss, hidden payments from banks etc.

We had stayed here many times in the past but we did not know that the residences had been sold and to say the place had gone downhill was an understatement!! We were given a room that stunk of cigarette smoke and as we are both non smokers there was no way we could sleep in that room! the next room didn't stink but the kitchen tap was falling off the sink, the microwave didn’t work at all, the lounge was covered in a blanket that needed a damn good wash and there were tiny little ants everywhere, I had to go and buy containers to put any food stuff we purchased in containers which of course would be left behind so the ants couldn’t get into the food, and there are NO SAFES in the rooms anymore. I went down to the desk and was told they had never been safes in the rooms, excuse me yes there was as I had stayed here many many times in the past, I asked where can I leave my cash when I am out of the room??? only to be told to carry it with me in a rude manner!! plus there is no longer breakfast included as now it has been sold the Swiss Garden Hotel has nothing to do with the residences anymore so we had to go and buy a toaster so we could have at least toast for breakfast as there was not one in the room, as much as I love local food having noodles for breakfast is not my thing. We were there for 2 weeks and in that time no housekeeping was done at all, we had the same sheets and towels for the whole time we were there!! Would I ever stay there again?? HELL NO
