The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great. The location was central and the towers were in walking distance. Unfortunately the infinity pool was crowded and very cold which was not great given that the weather was chilly.

The hotel is a good hotel but with a few changes could be excellent. The rooms are spacey with nice views and the beds very comfortable BUT the lifts are a total nightmare with queuing and overcrowding commonplace. We stayed 3 nights and didn’t get our room cleaned once. Housekeeping seemed over loaded with too much work on. We called down for extra towels to use the pool and I’m still waiting for those! There’s not enough sun beds at the pool. We didn’t get to use one at all during our stay which isn’t ideal for a winter sun break! Breakfast is in the sister hotel next door which is strange because they won’t let you use the pool in this hotel…….

I had an incredible experience at The Face Suites! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and professional. The suite itself was spacious, modern, and equipped with everything I needed — it felt more like a luxury apartment than a hotel room. But the real highlight? The sky deck infinity pool. It offers one of the most breathtaking views in all of Kuala Lumpur — swimming with the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower in full view was surreal, especially at sunset when the city lights begin to sparkle. It’s truly a must-see spot that lives up to the hype on social media.

The location is very close to all shopping and dining places. Rooms are clean with washer and dryer, kitchen utensils, very convenient. The pool is nice in late times of the day, but quite crowded during daytime.

In general really good hotel. The rooms are really spacious, the workers kind and the location great. The only negative thing I noticed was that the bed sheets were a bit old with some old unremovable stains, but that's about it.
