Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Booked this stay last min due to urgent matter in KL.Unfortunately,experience was disappointing,especially considering the price paid.Firstly,property managed by agent,& made check-in process super complicated.Other places can collect key from mailbox, here need to meet agent.So inconvenient,meeting area was crowded with cars & tourists,hard for us to wait with our car.Room only looked clean but it was not.Aircon smell musty.We booked this property bcos of the 3 bedrooms.Was so disappointed that there was only 2 bedrms (king&queen bed) and so-called 3rd bedroom was just a queen bed placed awkwardly in the corner of the lvg area instead of proper bedroom.To our surprise,that bed no pillows or blankets.When checked,was told to pay more for the pillows blankets for that bed,again very disappointing.Floor was sticky too and smelly sink area.Also had faulty water heater.Water too cold for shower.Restricted view ard even on 19th floor.Had to buy own water from nearby marts.Only got 5 water for 7guests which we specified in booking.Overall not worth it.
