部屋に関しては、とても良かったですが、チェックイン出来るまでに何時間も待つことになったのが大変でした。エクスペディアの施設説明では、フロントが無くて、直接オーナーから鍵を受け取ることになってると書いてありましたが、実際にはいくつかの業者の担当者がいて、そこでチェックインをするようになっていました。ただ、そのうちの何処なのかがわからなかったため、チェックインすることが出来ませんでした。サポートデスクにお願いしても、上手く業者と繋がらず、困り果てていたところ、入り口付近にいた、他の業者のスタッフが連絡先の電話番号を見て担当の業者を教えてくれたためようやくチェックインすることが出来ました。 入り口のセキュリティスタッフはかなり威圧的に感じますが、結局はその彼の手助けで何とかなったので、もしこのホテルを利用する方は予約が確認できるものを英語表記でプリントアウトしておくことをおすすめします。 あと、施設のエレベーターはとても時間がかかるのは、他の口コミに書かれている通りです。あと、電源に関してはUSB端子タイプの差し込み口がないので、変換プラグがないと何も充電できないのでお忘れなく。

プレミアムスイートに宿泊しました。 調理器具一式(電子レンジ除く)や洗濯機まで揃っており設備は非常に充実していました。ただ、泊まった部屋がハズレだったのかもしれませんが、シャワーが冷水しか出ませんでした。

Beaux appartements situés dans une tour à KL. La vue est magnifique de jour comme de nuit sur les Petronas. La piscine est idéale pour se rafraîchir et offre un panorama exceptionnel. Tout le confort est offert
