Disappointed.

Well at my arrival the staff couldn‘t find my booking in the system. Got in contact with the host and all I got as an answer was that „booking via this website always causes issues“. Which is weird, because the host had my booking confirmed, so she knew I was coming and if she knew this website had issues why didn‘t they inform me or double checked the booking? What a nuisance. Long story short, never checked into my booked suite but the hotel staff was kind enough to give me another room (if they were fully booked I would have had no place to stay.). Got in contact with the customer service three times until the last one promised me I would receive an E-Mail to explain what happened, never received anything.
