Utmärkt personalservice

Mycket hjälpsam och kundvänlig personal. Jag kom fram till hotellet kl 08:00 på morgonen efter nattbussresa från K Terengganu. Personalen satte igång omedelbart att göra i ordning ett rum och jag fick tidig incheckning utan extra betalt. Allmänt var personalen m generös. Nackdelar: Begränsat utbud restauranger och bristande transportmöjligheter till centrum (personalen hjälpte mig med detta också - kostnadsfritt). Malaysia har inte samma tuk-tuk service som övriga länder i SO-asien.

Excellent customer service

Excellent service. We had problem with this booking as our booking has not reflected in their system but the front desk staff was very helpful and help us arranging the room quickly considering we have a young kids with us. Thumbs up and very recommended 👍
