Yes, It is flat yet clean and quiet.. Similar to lodge but bit more space because this flat have 2 bedrooms.. Anyone who low on budget or any group of travellers are welcome to stay. Flatstay is 5 minutes walking distance from shop lot such as 7e and "mamak" stall. Laundry service just around the corner. Neighbourhood, Environmental are clean and safe, well planned urban surround with many facilities.
