We had trouble accessing the Wi-Fi in our room even though it worked fine anyplace around the hotel , also because we got the garden view we were not entitled to any benefits such as getting 15% discount on ordering food and beverage at the pool and also we got to pay extra to get room service in our room even though our friends in the pool view villas didn’t have to. They charged us when we used the mini bar in our room , so apparently the garden view rooms don’t have the same treatment and amenities as the pool view ones "
