Rude and threatening staff. Pay the tourism tax (which we paid and produced evidence) or leave. Staff insisted Tourism tax is excluded even though evidence stated all taxes requested from hotel is paid by Expedia and we should not be paying any fee to the hotel. Instead of fixing the issue with Expedia, the hotel fixed us!

Curtains did not cover window fully at the side where toilet was. At night it might be especially visible from the carpark downstairs if you do not close the toilet doors while in the toilet. Bidet spray was not working. Both our bath towels had a brown stain on the first day. Found half a peanut on the floor too. WiFi was non-existent in the room throughout our stay. Staff explained that they asked the technician to come but it was not resolved. I had to stand in the corridors to use the internet and use the Grab app or simple things like WhatsApp. The staff were polite and nice when we told them about this but they couldn’t do anything. We requested for bedroom slippers the first night which they brought for us, and gave us a second pair when housekeeping accidentally threw it away the next morning. There were many food options nearby and it was easy to get to the airport. Overall, will not stay here again as there are plenty of other better options for us.

Room card problem

Overall good. But the hotel cannot give 2 pcs room card when i requested which the reasons giving me is because they are full booking and not enough room card. This reason make me very unsatisfy. Hotel should have extra room card but how come can saying that not enough room card to provide to customer. And two room card for 1 room is very normal to all the hotel. It make me very inconvenient for me. Hotel should have updated to this service.

There should be a power plug at the wash basin are for my electric tooth brush! The lobby entrance glass door is terribly bright & glare! Can’t sit there in the afternoon! Why the front desk room rate is cheaper than expedia’s?? Worst still, your safe is moveable! Anybody can take the whole safe in a handbag!!
