This hotel is absolutely amazing and very beautiful! The staff treat you like family, concerned for every detail. The restaurant offered a lovely breakfast and our dinner was excellent.

10 minute walk to the local metro station which takes you to the main tourist attractions.

Sultania is is in an excellent location in the Old City. Very walkable to nearly everything! Hospitality of the staff was amazing. The accommodations were clean and the bed very comfortable, with good pillows.
The hotel appears in need of some updating and maintenance. In the room, several fixtures were loose from the ceiling and bathroom fixtures were in need of updating. Everything could have used some paint.

The location and the service of the staff at the hotel was great. However the facilities of the hotel don’t match the price paid and the breakfast menu is very poor and basic, expected much better on the breakfast. Also renovation works were being carried out at the hotel which we were not made aware of prior to our arrival. Overall I would say it is a good hotel but not for the price you pay
