"Wir hatten eine arbeitsreiche Woche, dafür war die Wohnung okay, sehr gutes schnelles Internet. Wir hatten uns auf die Terrasse gefreut, aber diese liegt in Richtung Nordwesten und die Hecke ist gewachsen, was für die Privat beim Sitzen ganz gut ist. Direkt daneben ist das nächste Haus. Die Grundstück Zufahrt wie abgebildet. Wir fanden die überdachte Fahrrad Abstellmöglichkeit gut. Und die sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche. Ansonsten fanden wir die Wohnung etwas dunkel. Es ist im Sommer sicher...

"Wir haben unseren Urlaub als kleine Familie in einer tollen, modernen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht.Super Lage. Alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Balkon zur Südseite ist perfekt (super windgeschützt). Dort kann man auch an windigen Tagen bestens die Sonne genießen. Parkplätze waren ausreichend auf dem Hof. Der Kommunikation war mit dem Vermieter vorab sehr gut. Er ermöglichte uns sogar ein Check-In am Vormittag, da die wohnung bereits eher frei war.Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit....

"Wir hatten nicht nur schönes Wetter, sondern fanden auch eine Ferienwohnung ohne jeglichen Makel vor. Es fehlte einfach an nichts, war liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert und damit eine absolute Wohlfühloase. Nicht geeignet ist die Wohnung allerdings für Menschen, denen das Treppensteigen schwer fällt. Hat man diese jedoch überwunden, wartet ein phänomenaler Blick vom windgeschützten Balkon. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit allem und auch der Ort Kühlungsborn ist immer eine Reise wert."

"Die Ausstattung, bis auf die Küche, ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Bedarf dringend einer Renovierung. Teppichboden im Schlafzimmer geht hat nicht. Hinter die Heizkörper sollte man auch nicht schauen. Und die Fliesen im Bad müssten auch mal sauber gemacht werden. "
