  • Enjoy the charm of the turn of the 20th century. This former villa, situated between the city forest and Lindenpark, was extensively renovated in 2001.

    You'll stay in a spacious, fully equipped apartment with all modern comforts.

    The apartment is easily accessible and features a small terrace. A large living room with an LCD TV and Blu-ray player provides entertainment. Relax in the evenings in front of the gel fireplace with a glass of wine. The kitchen is fully equipped with every convenience. You can also enjoy your bedtime crime drama on TV in the bedroom. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a private sauna. Free Wi-Fi is included. During the summer season, a reserved/private beach chair is available on the beach (subject to availability).
