"This was our first stop on our honeymoon after a long day of travel; the front desk staff were exceedingly attentive and friendly. The hotel upgraded us and the room was charming - they provided prosecco and chocolates with fresh fruit, and the concierge helped get us reservations at a nearby restaurant a wedding guest had recommended (despite it being booked out). It’s been a great experience all around. The hotels location is extremely convenient if this is your first time visiting. It was a two minute walk from the main station (you’ll see the sign as soon as you walk out towards the Main Street). It’s very centrally located. The rooms are clean and the valet very helpful.The restaurant was also quite nice. "

"Great hotel! Included breakfast was really good with hot and cold options available. Location was fantastic. We walked to both the train station and the bus station easily for excursions. So many good restaurants close by as well as shopping. Many chocolate shops close also. I definitely would stay here again!"

"We booked last minute due to a scam air bnb and we were delighted with I is Budget!! I recommend 100% if you just want a clean, helpful, friendly, safe place to enjoy Lucerne from. Yes - the rooms are small and yes you don’t get the luxuries of non-budget hotels but it’s perfect! The price cannot be beaten for what you get.
