"Incredible experience, loved the property, staff, and food! "

"Originally booked for the guesthouse/room as the room looked beautiful, along with the deep soak bath; but on arrival the room was very small and inside the guesthouse, the other rooms were very close together. We asked to move which thankfully they allowed us to do so. We moved to the cheaper cottage which was much bigger and had more privacy. While I was grateful they let us move, they were not aware of my payment and were not very friendly or make me feel very at home."

"I made a reservation and drove more than an hour out of my way to get there because everything was booked in Cape Town. When I arrived I was informed that there wasn't a room available. I understand that mistakes sometimes happen but now they are REFUSING TO REFUND MY PAYMENT!"

"The accommodation was nothing like the pictures. The neighbourhood felt unsafe. There was not 5 pools as per the description. We ended up leaving within the hour and staying somewhere else."

"Very roomy cottage, staff is nice. Breakfast is great. Cleaning crew did an excellent job of cleaning the cottage. Only issue was no air-conditioning. "
