"There was no air conditioning, they add on several hundred dollars in cleaning fees at the end of the trip, and my ocean view was not what is accepted as ocean view. Only had a postage size view of the ocean way off in distance "

"Hotel property is in impeccable condition, rooms are maintained squeaky clean, staff is very polite and friendly, and you are a few steps from your room to the beach no matter which room you are. The pool area is very nice and the pool bar staff is phenomenal: Jessa, Edward and Jude are rockstars! Will definitely come back to this little slice of heaven in Kauai."

"We were surprised that a Wyndham property was not kept up better. Our room was on the 3rd floor, but there was no elevator. Fortunately maintenance carried our luggage up, since I have a heart condition. The room wasn’t in great condition, paint in the bathroom was peeling, the split AC unit was adequate, the room was considerably smaller than the posted photo and there was no luggage stand. We were initially told there was no other room on the first floor, then later we were told there was one but it didn’t have a view. Our luggage was already in the room so we opted to stay. The location was very convenient to restaurants and stores, but there were better hotels nearby that were only slightly more expensive."
