"The mountain views, the garden, and the ability to hike directly from the hotel were all highlights. Ayurvedic massage is available. The hotel was able to arrange road transportation to our next destination."

"Property is very rundown in the halls. Carpet needs to be replaced. Bathtubs need to be replaced. The price they charged is what Marriott charges in the USA. This place at best is maybe 31/2 star. Staff is very friendly and courteous. "

"We visited Manali as part of our trip to India. I choose Tiaraa in Manali after a bit of research. Even though I did research, I was still a bit afraid of the place have choose to stay. I am glad I made the choice to stay at Tiaraa in Manali. As we entered the front staff made us feel welcome and directed us to our room. "One of the best places to stay in India. Having traveled to numerous hotels and resorts across the country, very few come close to the comfort, beauty, and attention to detail offered by this retreat.
We stayed in the Chinaar Villa, and it was absolutely stunning. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The living room featured a massage chair, which was an amazing touch after a long day. The rooms were large and well-appointed, with thoughtful snack selections and an exceptionally comfortable bed. I especially appreciated the pillow menu, which allowed us to choose pillows according to our preference.
The property itself is breathtaking, with natural streams flowing through the resort, adding to its charm and serenity. The food felt homemade, prepared with minimal spices, making it both delicious and comforting. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable with their warm hospitality.
This is a place I would gladly return to, and I am already looking forward to visiting again during winter to experience its magical winter wonderland setting.
P.S. It's a pet-friendly property, so don't forget to bring your furry babies along ❤️"
Hotel Skyline, Manali - Walking to Mall Road, Centrally Heated
10/10 Excellent
"Absolutely magnificent hotel! The staff are so helpful and super friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The food is divine! We ate many meals here because the food is so good! Central heating takes the chill off, in the room. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. The rainfall shower is hot the bathroom big and clean. From the balcony we had picturesque views of the nearby mountains and the snowy peaks further away. The travel desk helped us arrange a day in the snow which was incredible. The hotel is walking distance from Mall Rd shops, cafes and restaurants, the Buddhist temple and monastery, markets and other sights. We enjoyed every minute here and in fact extended our stay here!"
"Nice hotel with brilliant views of the snow capped mountains. The rooms look a bit tired although are comfortable. No AC but you don’t really need it and no heating which you do need - so ask for a heater. Food is limited but what they do is nice."
"Room was good, Services and food was truly 5 star.
Road leading to this property is bit damaged but manageable.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

"Great views and activities, but food needs improvement
We stayed at ITC Welcome, Manali for a day and the property is truly beautiful. The hotel offers stunning views of snow-capped mountains all around, making it a very scenic and peaceful place to stay.
The property has a wide range of activities, which makes it a good choice for guests who prefer spending time within the resort itself. However, the location is quite secluded and far from main Manali, which may not be ideal for those looking to explore the town.
While we had booked both dinner and breakfast buffets, the food was average and did not meet the expectations one usually associates with ITC properties. The options were limited and the taste was just okay, especially compared to other ITC hotels that we have been at.
Overall it was a good experience"
