"Old hotel awful customer service and would not stay again choice of food was poor and when complained couldn’t care less would not recommend this hotel to people with children. Cleaners were dreadful rooms were left without changing bedding or having been cleaned. I would rate this hotel as a 3 star no where near a 5 star."

"The staff where great, helpful and friendly, the carpet on the rooms need to be washed deeply or be changed , they are too old, , bathroom are very old and because of making the wall inside of the tub , it’s taught to move around., the location is great, "

"I would say this is what you pay what you get kind or deal. Shower was quite good, cleanliness was not too much.the property was quite cheap that explains I guess. But they don’t even have tea in the room which is disappointing as it is a standard amenity. When I asked for an iron they said I have to pay extra money for it. "

"Love this hotel and it's staff. Very well maintained property with two pools a gym and spa services. The breakfast buffet is exceptional. The staff is super friendly, kind and helpful. Two bars at the hotel with various activities from DJ nights, piano to bingo and trivia. Taxi stand is outside of the hotel. Good restaurant, pharmacy, ATM machine and three markets in walking distance. Has buety salon and game room. The view from the outside pool and dinner is wonderful. Indoor pool is kept at 27 degrees year round. The massage at this hotel is done via Indonesian ladies that are highly qualified. This was the highlight of my stay in Turkiye."

"Room is excellent staff can’t communicate breakfast was good pool they dint clean for 3 days I asked the staff to clean but they denied they mentioned they have shuttle to beach it was not there we need to go by taxi "

"The bar wasn’t open, the staff were always smoking, i asked for an extra blanket and received it as i had to put the lining myself over the comforter and the linen was wet. the bathroom toilet had a leaking brown liquid coming from the bidet, very disgusting"
