"This place is brand new, maybe one or two check ins before us. We are about to check out with our 3 kids, 10,11,12. They loved it🤗 About 5-7 mins walk to the Koenji Station, a couple 24/7 convenient stores a block away. One of the Best and very quick to respond hosts I’ve ever dealt with. Very very clean with extra towels and brand new washing machine. Highly recommend it!"

"We loved our stay! The apartment was very close to a train station, several conbinis and multiple great restaurants. The owner was very easy to get ahold of and communicated efficiently. Even sent a list of recommended things for the area. It's a very residential area, mostly quiet. Had a few nights with boisterous neighbors but nothing some earplugs couldn't handle. The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal and I missed it as soon as I got home haha 10/10 would stay again!"

"マンションタイプなので、広くてキレイで、コスパが良かったです。 情報がまだ少ないので、いろいろ書いておきます。 ・歯ブラシはありました。 ・スリッパ、部屋着はありません。 ・テレビはアンテナが接続されていなくて放送は見れず、Netflixだけ見れました。 ・お湯が出なかったのですが（おそらく給湯器の故障）、連絡するところがなく困りました。マンションタイプの欠点かもしれません。 ・チェックインは今回は無人ではなく係の方が手伝ってくれました。（チェックイン時間帯はバイトの方がおられるのかな？）現状サポートがないと難しいケースがあります。タブレットで、まず予約者名で検索するのですが、予約時と完全一致していないといけないようです。予約サイトだとローマ字だったり、姓名の順番だったり、さまざまだと思います。私は予約サイトにローマ字で登録しているのを覚えていなかったので、無人だとチェックインできないところでした。チェックインが終わるとキーが入ったケースの蓋が空きます。（ソフトのバグがあるようで、開かなかったのですが、係の人が開けれくれました。これも無人だと苦しかったところです。）"
