"Disappointed – Late Night Construction Ruined Our Stay
We stayed for one night, hoping for a peaceful getaway from the city.
Everything was good until the night. We had a nice spa and the property was great.
Unfortunately, our experience was anything but relaxing that night.
I was abruptly woken up at 12:30 AM by loud construction noises that sounded like welding or drilling—so intense it felt like it was happening right beside my ear. I was shocked that the hotel management would allow such...
"Unclean and staff unfriendly except the receptionist (Asmina). The breakfast was atrocious, no choice, untasty execeptional delay as there was only 1 person catering to all guests "
"Nice view of the mountains and scenery. Wonderful customer service and great response from the team.
Good food also available and a few on-site grown resources "

"Heritage Resort Coorg is a stunner of a property in terms of location and beauty. It is lush green with beautifully maintained outdoors and gardens. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. I must particularly compliment the staff for their helpfulness, politeness and courtesy. The view from the room is memorable and the monsoons added to the charm. "
"It was a awesome experience for me staying in Caligo , the only thing that needs to be added which dinner party , if they can add it will be good for all who is coming."
