The front desk staff was consistently friendly and professional, and my room was spotlessly clean. I especially enjoyed the three restaurants located at the hotel, with The Lemon restaurant being a favorite due to its excellent food and spectacular rooftop view of Vienna. The selection for both breakfast and dinner perfectly suited to my taste. The location of the hotel is truly hard to beat: 5-15 min walk distance to the Opera and Kärntner Str. "This hotel was perfect for visiting Vienna, right in the middle of the city centre. I had a single room and my room was lovely. The hotel was very accessible when it comes to public transportation. I was a solo female traveller in Vienna and I always felt safe at this hotel. I travelled by train and metro to the hotel from the airport when I arrived in the city last week without any problem. Via Uber it took about 25 minutes to get back to the airport for my return flight home. The hotel was a literal 5 minute walk from places like St Stephen’s Cathedral and the major shopping street in the city - Karntner Strasse. All the main points of interest in the heart of the city are walkable from this hotel. I would definitely recommend this location to base yourself from when travelling to Vienna. "
