The location is great, close to the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter. We stayed for two nights as a family of four, but it was disappointing that there was no towel replacement. It would be nice if extra towels were available in the room or placed in the hallway for guests to use.

收費高卻沒有得到舒適的住宿

提供給5個人入住，卻分配給的房型空間太小，整個擠成一團，床也太小，兩人睡一張標準床，睡覺都不能翻身整個床都會搖，經驗值很糟糕☹️

予約完了メールや無人受付の為の対応メールが迷惑メールにて弾かれたのか（迷惑メールフォルダにもなかった）ホテルへの入室パスワードが分からず困った。ホテル関係へ電話しても繋がらず… 無人ホテルは初めてで戸惑ったが、スタッフとは部屋のチャットでの対応でなんとか連絡を取り合えた。すぐに連絡したい時に電話が繋がらないのは困ったが…チャットの返事は必ずきた。 部屋も広くて、きれい。トイレ、お風呂も別々で良かった。ベット周りにコンセントも沢山あって一人一人スマホの充電ができて助かった。部屋にミニキッチン、電子レンジ、電気ポットも完備されている。料理はしなかったけど、果物があったので包丁やフォークなどあって助かった。スポンジや洗剤もあったのですぐに洗えた。 連泊して調理するのも良さそうだけど、換気扇はどこに？ 他の方の口コミにもあったお風呂のアカいところは少し気になったが、自宅で掃除しててもついてしまう時があるのでソレかなぁという感じ。お風呂にシャンプーとコンディショナー、ボディソープが設置してある。髪はバサバサにはならなかったらしい。 アメニティ関係はフェイスタオルとバスタオル、歯ブラシのみなので、自分で一応色々トラベルグッズを準備していたが、近くにコンビニがあるのでなんとかなる。 専用駐車場はなかったが、近隣の駐車場は平日だったので安くて驚いたし、ありがたかった。 少し歩けばコンビニもレストランや居酒屋も沢山ある。 歩いてすぐに美観地区へも行ける。立地は最高。 ここだから無人でも困らない環境なのかなぁと思った。ある程度はチャット対応できるし、近所にある設備でなんとかなる。

観光地も近くにあって便利でした。駐車場がないので近くのコインパーキングを利用しました。部屋の中も綺麗でテレビもYouTubeが見れたりと、子どもも大満足でした。また利用したいです。

チェックインする際にWiFiに繋がってないとタブレットに表示されていて、焦りました。 もう1台のタブレットは、繋がっていたのですぐにオペレーターと繋がり対応してもらえたのでよかった。 施設は、広い部屋で子供連れでもゆったり過ごせました。 トイレのドアの鍵が外れそうになっていたのでで直した方が良さそうです。 年末年始ともあって周りのパーキングは、満車で探し回りました。結局朝まで1200円というパーキングに停めました。 宿泊費が安かったので良かったですが、パーキング代が高いのは残念なのと、遠くに停めないといけなかったのが残念でした。 総合的には、お手ごろ価格で綺麗なホテルに泊まれて良かったです。ありがとうございました。

沒有提前收到入住的密碼，到了當下發現進不去還蠻緊張的，好險通電話後很快就收到密碼了。希望飯店還是要主動前一天通知密碼。 房間很寬廣舒適，廚房的用品也還蠻齊全的，垃圾桶也相當的大，很適合家庭一起入住。 若是有開車，門口的停車場一定一定要算清楚，因為如果只停過夜的話非常的貴。
