少々経年劣化は気になりますが、よく手入れされてます。井の頭線のホーム真上にもかかわらず防音もバッチリ、よく眠れます。何よりも立地は最高！駅の真ん前、空港リムジン乗り場も目の前、買い物も飲食にも最高のロケーション！
