"Great breakfast!"

"Hotel was lovely but wish we booked a sea view as didn’t realise inland view would be facing car park and main road . (The way it showed in photos it would just be a mountain inland view ) If we booked sea view it would have been beautiful… Breakfast was a lot of choice but the hot food was just Luke warm which let it down . Nice little touch in bedroom with slippers and nice toiletries. Would definitely go back but pay the extra for a sea view . "

"Upon arrival in my room the smell that greeted me was unbearable. It was coming from the drains and the whole room smelt awful. When shown the only other available room which was adjacent to my room, that room smelt also badly of drains. Thankfully Aiden was very helpful and allowed me to move to a flat in the hypnos residences which was wonderful and much preferable to the hotel. When going back to the hotel for breakfast, I had to wait 25 minutes for an omelette and a cup of coffee and the omelette was not edible. It was worse than a child could make. I left the omelette and left the hotel. There is also no parking at the hotel and a loud ball court across the road. Not to mention the balcony from the smelly room looked directly at a wall! I will not spend my money at Hypnos boutique hotel again. The Hypnos residences are far better."

"Room was lovely and big. Nice balcony. Views are of the industrial port so “sea view” is technically correct but it’s not what most people might imagine! Nice sky bar (16th floor). Shower and bed both good. Lighting - as so often in hotels - not great. Always had to request towels in the gym/sauna area - lack of checks to ensure they were available. Breakfast was excellent - big choice, good egg station. "
