Hotel agreable, accueil chaleureux, personnel au top. On avait reservé un chmabre lit double vue dos a la mer mais a notre arrivé on a été surpris d'avoir une chambre avec 2 lits simple, après en avoir parler avec le responsable le lendemain directment on a eu une chambre avec lit double et vu sur la mer ! Donc réaction au top du personnel pour ce léger incident 😅. Concernant la bouffe RAS tout etait bon il a de tout. Enfin bref on a passer une bonne semaine!

I really liked the hotel facilities, the room decor as well as the food buffet. There was a wide variety of foods and that was very good. What I didn't like was that the dining staff and some of the reception desk staff were not very polite and they need to improve their manners. There were very serious, no "hello" or "thank you". At the reception desk one of the staff members was plain rude to me- I asked her for simple directions to a nearby mall. She rejected my printed directions from internet as being wrong, without saying the right directions, and after useless arguing 30 min. later she said my directions were correct?! Her colleague was biased and defended her, even though he wasn't present when she was rude to me. The PC was right in front of her and she could've easily printed the directions for me but she just said "I'm not a GPS and it's not my job to give directions" That was ridiculous! I am a worldwide traveller, it is every receptionist's job to be able to give/ find online basic local directions to hotel guests when they are foreign tourists and don't know the local area! If she doesn't know the local area and is unable to give simple directions, she shouldn't be working at an international 4-star hotel reception desk. Overall very nice hotel and facilities but some of the dining and reception desk staff lack polite manners and basic courtesy to the hotel guests, which can ruin one's holiday at the hotel.

It was a good hotel with 4 star standard. Personally 2 or 3 nights is maximum amount we could spend over there but there were people who stayed more than 1 week.

Beliggenhed. Atmosfæren. Maden. Fantastisk.Alt for voldsom lyd under aktiviteter ,behøver ikke at kunne høres over hele området. Dårlig Wi-Fi. At liggestole spærres med håndklæder fra morgenstunden. Burde fjernes af personalet, så alle kan komme til. Står ofte ubrugte i mange timer.

Palmin Hotel is a nice hotel with alot to offer. However, we had some bad luck. Our hotel phone did not work until the night we checked out. The wifi was spotty at best. The room did not have iron or iron board to offer. The walls were very thin and we could hear people in the rooms next to ours. This, along with the loud music outside, made it tough to sleep. The pros are that the pool and eating spaces are very nice. They have nightly "entertainment". Restaurant buffet has a variety of dishes to offer but they're average at best. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

A typical all inclusive. A decent buffet for all meals with a large selection to choose from. Local alcohols included. I was impressed with the service of the waiters. They were very quick and attending to my needs. Better get up early to get a poolside lounge chair next to the pool in the sun by placing a towel over a chair or they will be all taken!! I am told the owner of the Palmin is from Ireland.

Blasting music from the (poorly attended) live shows late at night keeps everyone in the hotel from being able to sleep or even talk. If you make any request, be prepared to make it 3 or 4 times before it is delivered.

This Hotel is very nice not special to look at but is Lovely.. The staff are great friendly and funny.. The food is very good tasty for a four Star Hotel the food is 6 star.. Great for families with good animation team.. It's also quite near the historical sites...

Hotel mit sehr schönen Ausblick, sehr freundliches Personal. Verbesserung wäre beim Frühstück angebracht, Käse nicht sehr gute Qualität, habe schon Besseres in der Türkei erlebt. Ansonsten war das Essen gut und immer genug vorhanden.

Spotless hotel

Excellent hotel. The whole place was spotless and all the staff were very attentive and helpful. Good choice of food and drinks. I would definitely return to this hotel. Only 10 minute walk from Ladies Beach. Bus to the Centrum (number 5) stops right outside the hotel and is only 5 lira for two people (70c). Definitely book here if you want comfort, cleanliness, and nice food.

im grossen ganzen ist das hotel gut , der pool die wasserrutsche sind sehr schön , die mitarbeiter sind freundlich , die animation hat gute spiele , sehr viel Auswahl beim essen für jeden was da , das was mir nicht so gefallen hat ist , die sauberkeit des zimmers die betten werden zwar gemacht aber 8 tage lang wurde das bad nicht einmal geputzt ,obwohl wir das Schild vor die tür gehangen haben , dann es gibt nur eine 1,5 liter flasche die wir selber immer nachgefüllen müssen wenn sie leer ist , das hatten wir nicht gewusst und wurden auch nicht dadrauf hingewiesen 7 tage kein wasser , die mini bar kostet extra , bei 4 sternen sollte wenigstens wasser drinnen sein ,kaffee und tee wurden auch nicht aufgefüllt obwohl es ja dabei ist , wenn man die karten für die Handtücher verliert kostet es gleich mal 10 euro pro karte ,gut dadrauf achten , der Aufzug hat einen defekt wenn man von der lobby in den 3 stock will schliesst und öffnet sich die tür immer wieder zuteil funktioneren die Knöpfe auch nicht richrig , und das nervt . wie gesagt das hotel ist gut , wenn man die kleinen sachen verbessern würde ,dann wäre es super , trotz der kleinen Mängeln würde ich es wieder buchen da unsere Aufenthalt sehr angenehm war . trotzdem danken wir allen die super nett und freundlich waren

Schönes Hotel mit einem „Schönheitsfehler“

Der Checkin war sehr schnell und einfach. Die Zimmer waren schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage war bisschen veraltet was aber kein großes Problem war. Der Aussenpool war in einem guten Zustand und es waren ausreichend Liegen zur Verfügung. Das Personal und die Aktivitäten zur Tages und Abendzeit waren unterhaltsam und super. Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Der einzige Minuspunkt war der Innenpool und das Sprudelbad welche mal einer Restaurierung untergezogen werden müssten. Alles in einem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, den wir missen werden. Der Privatstrand war auch sehr schön und es waren genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme da. Es stand immer ein Taxi vor der Tür, sodass man zu jeder Tageszeit überall hin konnte.
