The photos that sold me on this place looked unreal. Nice Mediterranean looking accommodation next to the ocean. Amazing looking food, reviews stating how clean it was. But, this was 1973.. now it's run down & the uncared for. They ran out of toilet rolls & we had to source our own. The A/C & TV didn't work.. The rooms aren't serviced. The towels you start with, stay with you for the duration of your stay. No coffee /tea station in room.. the music from the bars on both sides & the doof doof crap seems to go all night..On the positive side, the pool was nice & clean beds to sleep in. Not too mouldy.. On the whole.. it's cheap & below average.

Der var mug og fugt i væggene, der var generelt ikke rent! Toiletter var klamt med tid, og loftet på badeværelse var ødelagt i et hjørne pga fugt. Håndklæderne og lagnerne virkede ikke rene

Bilderna ljög. Ingen pool nu när vi var där och stranden som ligger nedanför är helt tom. Är i kuta Lombok rekommenderar jag huvudgatan där det händer lite mer.

Nice to stay

Everything about the room is fine. Quite large room and comfortable. Very near to the beautiful kuta beach.But the breakfast is very limited and doesnt suit my taste bud.

CheckIn ohne Probleme Koffer wurden auf das Zimmer getragen. Auf den ersten Blick wirkte alles ordentlich und sauber, jedoch hatten wir das Gefühl, dass die Bettlagen sehr nach Salz rochen. Unsere Vermutung wurde am zweiten Tag bestätigt, da wir sahen wie die Servicekräfte die Wäsche im Freien zum Trocknen aufgehängt haben. Das Bad mehr als einfach. Recht dunkel, Dusche hatte nicht mal einen Duschvorhang oder Ähnliches. Die Toilette haben wir erstmal selbst mit einem Desinfektionsmittel desinfiziert. Für zwei Nächte, wenn man keine zu hohen Ansprüche hat und sich mit dem Einfachsteb zufrieden gibt, geht es schon.

房間大，也乾淨，除了沒有吹風機這點都很棒，飯店位於KUTA BEACH進來後的右手邊快到底的地方，也是KUTA BEACH海岸線最前排，服務人員每個都很親切，進出都會打招呼，原定機場接送的司機很可惡的沒來，緊急請飯店幫忙，連保全都出動載我們去機場，當然有給錢並且給平時更多一點的費用

The name of the hotel is very suiting because they really make you feel like family! When I first arrived I didn't have a converter to charge my phone so the person working there took me on his moto to a store to buy one.

En del byggearbejde i gang på hotellet. Kuta bedst for surfers. Ikke en badestrand. Kuta er ved at blive bygget op så en del arbejde på strandsiden af byen

Beach view stay

General location is in close proximity to the beach, and slightly off from the busy streets of bars and bistro - Perfect for a quiet stay. The hotel has friendly service staffs that are helpful, and room is generally clean and well maintain. Hotel staffs are helpful at arranging transportation and bike rental. Huge help there! Breakfast selection is rather limited, but you could always go for something else along the main street.

Hotel staff very well, greeting in every where, exellent service, this hotel has a wonderful view of kuta beach and hills arround that, i like that rooftop, you can see the wonderfull view, Very easy to get the transportation such as motor cycle, transport to airport, laundry with cheapest rate.... But the choise of breakfast very limited i hope soon this hotel can give the another choise of b'fast. Thank you very much family beach hotel i hope one day i can go there again.

Posizione e struttura ottimi. Servizi carenti.

E' uno dei soli 5 alberghi di fronte alla spiaggia di Kuta Lombok. Struttura moderna con vista su tutta la baia e giardino tropicale interno. Purtroppo il bagno, anche se ampio, manca di appigli per appendere gli indumenti, la doccia consiste solo nello spruzzatore senza base per limitare l'acqua che viene spruzzata. Tutto il bagno rimane dunque col pavimento sempre bagnato. Il lavabo e' quasi sempre otturato. Inoltre i servizi di pulizia sono carenti. In 4 giorni una sola volta e' stata fatta pulizia con ricambio delle lenzuola. Consiglio tuttavia questo albergo in quanto i difetti indicati sono eliminabili se si insiste con la direzione. Da questo albergo si possono raggiungere in 10-15 chilometri le spiagge piu' belle di Lombok
