My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel. The staff were were amazing - always so welcoming and helpful. Our room was lovely and I think I had the best sleep in a long time. The location was central and made getting around very easy and the pool was a great place to relax. The only thing that was a bit weird was the music at the pool was basically the same song over and over (literally one song played on repeat for hours). If you want to hang out at the pool, you might want to bring your own headsets or airpods!

Great location, I mean the beach is across the street, close to lots of restaurants and shops, their own restaurants offer great foods, pleasant staff and a nice atmosphere, making for a wonderful dining experience. The hotel spa is great with very reasonable prices. Room was clean, comfortable bed and pillows and super cool air conditioning. The breakfast buffet has great selection of foods and the staff was very friendly and accommodating specially Dimas ( dining room for breakfast) and Tude (Driver). The only negative I had was I couldn’t open my balcony door ( because they said my type of room the balcony is close for safety) and I couldn’t have any sunlight coming to my room in the morning, I will definitely go back whenever I am in Bali, but selecting a room where I can get sunlight in the morning.
