You couldn't fault anything about the property. All staff were very friendly and helpful, the property was very clean and tidy. All your requests were dealt with immediately. There was no language barriers with the staff and the local people in the region. In a good location too the shopping places, restaurants and bars The manager of the property also gave me and my husband a complimentary Balinese Massage for an hour, which was much needed.

What truly stood out was the service. Every staff member I encountered—from the front desk to the restaurant—was courteous and eager to help. They even went out of their way to accommodate a last-minute request I had with no hassle. This was one of the most comfortable and enjoyable hotel stays I’ve had. Waited 2 hours for the check in as room not ready. We only get the room at 5pm. Waited in arrival lounge but they didn’t have much left offer food and didn’t top up the cup for the drink. Check out also confusing as they’re about to charge extra when I have left the hotel. The hotel apologies for late check in and gave us free dinner for our group as we had 4 rooms booked with Expedia and other travel agent. It’s a nice gesture but pls improve the communication between staff at front desk. They kept giving wrong information. Love the private pool in the Meru site but the breakfast is a bit boring after 3 nights stay. The area are superb which easy walk to the shopping centre and restaurants by the beach.

This place is relaxation and comfort. The room is amazing and I have the personal pool in front which is amazing for random skinny dipping when I feel like it. The place is modern and beautiful. The pools are great and you can’t get better service. Loved my stay here. The spa was also amazing.

Great villa, more secluded and away from the noise of the city but still close enough to see the tourist spots. Clean rooms, friendly staff, quick service. Wish they had an international outlet plug but we should have brought our own. Overall, I would return here.
