A clean and comfortable one night stay. Toddler loved the bunk beds. Hot water in the shower was good. Wifi quick. Friendly staff. Warm room in winter.

Very good value for the price. Very friendly and helpful owner, hassle-free transport from the airport even at 3am. Under 10min of easy walking to the center square. Would recommend to anyone who wants a simple, safe, and clean place to crash for a night.

Great base for a trip to Kutaisi

Nice little hotel, excellent value for money
Hotel was just fine for our one night stay. Location not too bad as a short ten-fifteen minute walk to the main square. Hotel has a good number of mini market shops nearby. Our room was on the top floor and was a double room which was just the right size, but there was no wardrobe. Comps were slippers, soap and shampoo only. Downsides I’d say would be lack of shower curtain and also a bit noisy as no doors from reception to the rooms so even though we were on the top floor got woken a few times by noise in the hallway. Air conditioning also supplied and worked.

Recommended
Friendly and welcoming staff that were kind enough to organise a short trip to Gelati for us on our way to the airport before our flight. Rooms are clean and serviceable. Only issue was some slight noise in the corridor from other guests in the night -although this was not the fault of the host. Breakfast was good -freshly served at the table after agreeing a time the previous night. All in all good value for money and would recommend

Nice hotel in Kutaisi
Hotel Kutaisi Globus is in easy to find location just a walking distance away from the centre. There is a small minimarket just below the hotel. Convenient location. Steetside free parking in the area. They helped is to find shuttle bus to airport.

Another good stay at Hotel Globus. This is a basic little hotel run by the very helpful George. He will arrange a cheap airport transfer and days out to local sights - usually in a taxi and for US dollars (40 dollars for Chiatura and 50 dollars to Martvili via the Prometheus caves). He also drove us to Rioni railway station for 15 GEL. The rooms are basic but clean. There is a shop and little bakery nextdoor. The hotel is walking distance to the centre off Kutaisi. Taxis to anywhere in the city centre will be 5 GEL or less.

Not grand, but clean, friendly and good value.
Pleasant little hotel convenient for the railway station ( I came by train from Tbilisi). Helpful english-speaking owner. 5/10 minutes walk from town centre sights.

Absolutely a great stay!
Located very near the main train station, walking distance to the old town, was great to what we needed and expected, succeeding it. The staff was so friendly and caring at all times, the room and everywhere so clean and well taken care, plus a nice breakfast to start the day. Definitely highly recommended to anyone, no hesitation!.

The owner George was incredibly helpful and spoke good English. He was great before I left and also during my sort stay, arranging cabs and recommending things to do. The hotel is about twenty minutes by foot to the city centre. A cab would be a pittance. The room was reasonable and clean. I was woken by chickens at sunrise but I'm a very light sleeper...

Good hotel, close to the centre and attractions
Very good room with air con, which was definitely needed. The bed was comfortable, the room & bathroom were clean. There was free tea & coffee in the breakfast/reception area, though you can't beat a kettle in your room. The hotel owner & staff were all very friendly. The owner assisted with with airport transfers & organised a driver for the day to take me to some must see sights in the area! Breakfast was adequate, it gave you a good start to the day but didn't particularly tickle your taste buds - the lady who cooked and served the breakfast was very friendly and attentive. Great price though!!

Staff/manager were extremely friendly and helpful. Made suggestions for meals and local sites including directions. Room was clean but building is older so can have some hall noise. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Globus - Nice hotel.
Nice small hotel, the staff who work there are very welcoming and helpful. Free wi-fi, hot showers and fairly good location to walk into the centre of Kutaisi. Finding it can be difficult on foot, but i imagine most people are likely to take a taxi or minibus. Just aim for Kutaisi City Hospital and it is right opposite. George arranged taxi pickup to the airport as well which was really helpful. I didn't try the breakfast but it was available also.

Small building, informal stuff, very helpful with small things. The A/C and WiFi work well. The room overlooks a noisy street, plenty of parking in the square 100 ft away. Breakfast is nice, home style. They don't change sheets/towels, but other than that the experience was fine. Kutaisi doesn't offer all that much of a hotel choice, so this is a good option.

Don't be sure they will let you in.
The hotel canceled our reservation and did not host us, even though the reservation was confirmed. We came and shockingly got the news that they didn't keep the room for us.

Very helpful and clean service
Hotel (more of a private guest house, as are all hotels in Kutaisi) was a bit difficult to get in touch with, but once we got hold of owner Georgi, he provided a very reliable airport pick up in the middle of the night, information as well as a driver for some sightseeing around town. The location is very convenient if you want to travel onwards by train, and the town centre is just a 10 minute walk away. The room was very clean, bathroom did the job and bed was very comfy. The square outside got a bit too noisy from 7 am onwards. Unfortunately, the internet connection was unsecured and taken over by some malware. Breakfast was included in the price, and they were very kind to actually deduct it for the two mornings we didn't have any (apart from restaurants catering to tourists, we found food in Georgia uniformly too salty for our tastes). In a town with limited options, I would absolutely recommend staying at Hotel Globus for the very helpful service Georgi and his family provide.

Alles gut
Der Gastgeber stand immer mit Rat und Tat zuseite, Zimmerwünsche wurden erfüllt und das Frühstück war zwar übersichtlich, aber die warmen Rollen aus der Küche, die Spiegeleier und diese tolle Marmelade ein Gedicht. Das Bad ist etwas muffig riechend, es ist hellhörig, aber alles so gut, dass ich wieder dort buchen würde! Danke.

Niewielki, rodzinny hotel z przemiłą obslugą i bardzo pomocnym właścicielem. W pokojach są mini lodówki, mocne suszarki i jednorazowe klapki. Na dole, w tym samym budynku niewielki sklep, a w budynku obok- piekarnia. Hotel znajduje się w wygodnej odległości od centrum miasta. Świetny wybór za rozsądne pieniądze.

Thanks for the review. I just like to add that yuo got wrong information about location. You may consider the bus station as center which is 5km away from the hotel.The hotel is located 1km away from the main square. It is only 10 minutes walk.

Good value for money, nice staff.
New and comfortable budget hotel. Clean, good size rooms with bathrooms, tasty breakfast. Strong wi-fi. Parking. Small supermarket next door, 10-15 min.walk to the center with plenty of restaurants and shops. Very nice, warm,helpful and informative staff. One of us was sick, they were really great, helped immediately finding a doctor. Good value for money.

Nice fresh hotel in Kutaisi close to everything
It is a cosy and small hotel next to the train station of Kutaisi and 5 minutes walk from the vibrant city center. The rooms are normal size, renovated and with ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. Breakfast is very generous and delicious and includes local vegetables and cheese. The owner of the hotel runs this renovated place in a very friendly way trying to always help the visitor when needed. In our case he negotiated for us a tour with a private driver to go see the natural wonders of the region (the spectacular Prometheus cave, Martvili canyon and the breathtaking Okatse canyon) and unique monasteries like Gelati. In conclusion I highly recommend this place that has very good value for the price.

Einfaches Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal
Das Hotel ist super als Start für eine Reise durch Georgien, wenn man am Flughafen von Kutaisi ankommt. Dieser ist nur 25 Minuten entfernt und gegenüber vom Hotel befindet sich ein Supermarkt, in dem man sich für Roadtrips etc versorgen kann.
