War insgesamt okay.

Gut war die 24 Std. Rezeption. Zur Innenstadt braucht man ein Taxi für 5 Lari. Gegenüber war sein super Restaurant mit georgischer Küche. Das Personal ist ferundlich. Leider haben die Zimmer etwas gemüffelt, ansonsten waren sie aber okay.

Nice hotel friendly staff

We had 3 rooms and all were very nice and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The breakfast was nice; they made omelet style eggs with a smiley face and it was a very lovely start to our day. Not in the city center, but taxis are easy and cheap (staff will help).

Большой номер, парковка, диванная зона, душевая кабина. Завтрак не шведский стол, но хороший)) Будьте осторожны с парковкой в центре Кутаиси - парковка платная а знак может быть и не особо виден. Посетите пещеры))

Airport side of the City

Building work going on under the hotel . This stopped at a reasonable hour . Noise travels in the rooms so the rest of the hotel guests seemed noisy. Not a lot to do around the hotel but the taxis are reasonable so that's not a problem .

Nice family run hotel, not central Kutaisi

The hotel was under renovation when we arrived, but it did not mean much disturbance. The staff is very helpful, personable and kind. The breakfast is wonderful, and a very hearty portion. Very nice amenities in the bathroom (toothbrush, toothpaste). A bit out of the way. Excellent value for money.

Pros - The staff/personnel were great, and genuinely eager to assist/please. - The price was reasonable, however (not great considering the generally low prices of the city, THE MARKET). - We were NOT constantly bombarded with overpriced excursions (as is the norm apparently). - They did not steal (i.e., nothing went missing). Cons - The hotel faces unsightly auto repair/ collision/mechanic shops. - located on a busy road/street, high-speed traffic acts as both; a menace/nuisance and legitimate danger to life and safety. - The hotel is undergoing construction & expansion and is dirty/messy exterior. - THE WATER STOPPED WORKING SEVERAL TIMES !!! - lack of an elevator may be an issue for the; the elderly, or those with mobility issues. If I was ever FORCED to return to this city (Kutaisi), I WOULD stay here again.

Horrible conditions. Cheating tourists on tours!

The hotel is located very far from the city centre, practically outside Kutaisi, in an extremely noisy and busy road, with camions and cars speeding 24h. Despite our booking through hotels.com of a 35 m2 room giving to an internal yard, we were given a room to the road that was horribly noisy, also the doors are not isolated: people speaking in the corridor, kids running, doors slamming are heard at night. We were offered another option to internal yard that was 10m2 with a tiny bed and the shower with a curtain over the bathroom door...so we could not get what we paid for in any case. Another VERY NEGATIVE point is that the reception immediately started strongly suggesting their terribly overpriced tours that - one of us speaking Russian - could easily realise talking to taxis in the city as cheating. If you have to stay there, do not take their offers, hire a simple taxi to go to the nearby locations that will cost you 1/2 or 1/3 of what they suggest. It ruined completely the good image of Georgians which we otherwise know as generous,helpful and hospitable people caring about the reputation of the country. There are many other, much more economic places to stay in Kutaisi. Taxis anyway take you to Kutaisi airport for 20 lari, as does this hotel's private car.

Good value for the price, but the restaurant was hot! Only one small air conditioner for the whole restaurant.
