Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

It's obvious that the housekeeping staff know their jobs as everything is immaculate. The extremely comfortable bed was simply the best and the breakfast was delicious. "This was an amazing little hotel with big features We love the character and how comfortable and clean the room was and had everything that we needed. The spa and sauna were absolutely amazing and I’m sure the outdoor pool would be a huge bonus when warmer. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was promised to be amazing and it definitely was. I can highly recommend staying here to all your friends."
