"Rooms and facilities were clean. Staff were very helpful with check in/out and various issues. Wish the hotel shuttle to the town/train station and back operated a bit more frequently. The hotel should promote it's gift shop (tucked away in a hidden corner) and other services (Yamato Transport)."

"Understaffed. Nearly impossible to get room clean outside of their schedule. I feel bad for their staff. The owner needs to step up and hire more than 3 cleaners."
