We enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean & nicely decorated. The hosts provided extras like snacks and a variety of coffees, hot chocolate, etc. We were close to the lake and enjoyed walking along a lakeside path. There was a lovely patio where we were able to sit & enjoy the views including a group of deer who strolled by.

What a comfortable, well-decorated accommodation! We especially appreciated the mini fridge and microwave, the nice patio with a lake view, and access to the golf cart for little jaunts around the community. And we appreciated how responsive the host was to our questions.

Absolute perfection!
The pictures tell it all! The property is exactly how it is shown. We loved our time there. The property owners were kind and helpful but not intrusive! We loved having the golf cart to ride around in. We did not want to leave!

Spectacular! Perfect!
This home, the town, the hosts could not have been more perfect or welcoming! The owners Todd and Sandy have literally thought of everything with everyones needs in mind. The communication with them was great and so helpful. Their thoughtfulness above and beyond! The property was beyond clean and well designed and decorated and perfectly located. We recommend to anyone and will definitely be returning soon!

Great short term rental
The location and the design of the rental were just as we expected, appreciated the use of a laundry facility and the golf cart was great for taking up to the park to watch the sunset!

Fall Break Getaway
Peaceful stay, beautifully landscaped, lovely decor inside! We enjoyed the golf cart and watching the deer. We had everything we needed at the room and enjoyed the patio for coffee and lunch. We hiked a lot, too, visited the Kentucky Lake Dam and Lake Barkley Dam. We make a quick pass through Patti’s, would’ve like to have seen it at night with all the lights we could tell they had up. Dinner at the Willow Pond is a must! We were sad that Hu-B’s wasn’t open. We enjoyed our time here for sure!

Hidden gem
We boated for a couple of days and spent one night at this beautifully decorated, super clean, quiet property. The patio was so pretty and relaxing! We enjoyed the complimentary coffee and snacks. An added bonus was the golf cart which we used to tour Kattawa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Great lakeside stay
Very nice. Quiet neighborhood, great patio with lakeview. Can't imagine anything better for the price. Golf cart was a great amenity. Deer, does with fawns were between us and the lake. If I complained about anything, I would have to make something up. Better than expected. Photos of the place are great, but do not do it justice.

Wonderful Lake Room
Sandra was a wonderful host! Check in was simple. The room was extremely clean and beautifully decorated with lake decor. The patio was lovely to sit and have my morning coffee. Bed was comfy and the room was quiet. The room was well stocked with anything you could possibly need. A few snacks and bottled water was provided. We didn’t need much from Sandra while we were visiting the area but she was easy to reach if we had needed her. If you need fast Wi-Fi for any reason then this is not the best fit. It’s extremely slow and you’re unable to stream movies or shows. We were happy to unplug for a few days and really soak in the quiet lake life. Will definitely book this room again when visiting.

This place has everything to offer! Set in the tranquil town of Kuttawa with hiking, boating and a beach on the lake within walking distance. Use of the lovely golf cart was an added treat. The accommodations were fantastic. The space was super nicely decorated and clean with more amenities than imaginable. Gorgeously outfitted and landscaped, the outside patio puts this home over the top! Communication with host was wonderful and very helpful. We highly recommend.

We stayed for our 25th wedding anniversary. We thought the online pictures were beautiful, but our room & the house were even prettier than the pictures! And, the cleanliness was top notch! Every amenity you could imagine was provided! Plus, being close to the lake with easy & quick access to a boat ramp was amazing! The quaint town of Kuttawa is beautiful too! I would recommend to anyone! We will be back!

Really nice getaway
It was awesome. The space inside and out was fabulous. The hosts thought of every little thing we forgot to pack. VERY clean! Across one small street from the lake! The marina had pretty decent food, was walking distance, with plenty of outdoor seating (probably 120-150 seating). A great laid back vacation in a small quaint town! Thanks again for having us! We will definitely be back!
