Being in customer service most of my career, i would hire this woman on the spot. She is the epitome of customer service. Very friendly and helpful. A lovely person. I could see myself being friends with her instantly. This hotel was a very welcome surprise on our 2500 km drive. The rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable. The lobby was welcoming. All aroud it was an excellent experience. 5 stars to Kenya!!!"

"Traveled with my 2 young granddaughters for an overnight stay. Flying out early the next morning. They enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the outside areas where you can sit and relax. The full kitchen was a definite plus along with the pull out bed. The continental breakfast had many choices especially for my 2 little ones that are picky eaters. A short 3 minute drive to airport and plenty of parking. Will definitely be back. Thank you. "

"We stay at the hotel every time we visit family in Bethlehem. EVERY TIME we've stayed here, the room, bathroom, refrigerator are clean and always smells fresh. There was NO musty smell coming from the air conditioner which I have experienced at other hotels. The bed is so comfortable! The hotel is quiet during the evening. Muffled doors closing but no sounds of others in their rooms. The staff at the front desk, as well as staff we meet during our stay, are always pleasant. It's truly a pleasure staying here!"
