Nice hotel, close to shopping

Lied about there being a shuttle from the airport. A knowingly BLATANT lie! "Oh that's only for companies." I picked it b/c it was the ONE hotel with this feature. Should have known better. ALSO lied about the checkout time on the internet; it said 3pm. But the desk attendant YELLED at me, TWICE when i checked out "late" according to him b/c "the checkout time is 12oclock." 1.) that's not what it said on the internet, 2.) Then CALL the room and ask/ notify someone if there seems to be a problem. And either way, WHAT DOES YELLING AT ME ACCOMPLISH?????? Here's an idea: STOP LYING TO PEOPLE!!!

فندق قديم موقع جيد

فندق مريح يتميز بموقع جيد، حيث ان تحته مطعم بزه. وقريب من سوق السالمية (المعلم). الخدمة جيدة والاثاث قديم نوعاً ما، وهنالك احتمالية بعض الضجيج لقربة من الشارع. أسعاره مناسبة.

Toute la devanture du lobby était en travaux donc toute la zone de réception et l'espace du petit déjeuner était ouverte à tous vents à une époque ou à Koweït city le climat est froid environ 10 degrés ou moins, c'était très désagréable !!!

One of the most convenient hotels in Kuwait

I enjoy my stay in Ritz Salmiya as I was out most of the time and return to hotel to sleep only which was accepted compared to other hotels in Kuwait and their rates.
